Completion Events

Different alterations can be considered complete for different reasons.
When a translation alteration reaches its destination, then its completion event is fired.
When a range alteration detects that its target sprite is in range, then its completion event is fired
Completion events run the routine assigned to them.

Warning: when setting a target for a 'range' alteration, the target sprite must be launched before sprite containing the 'range' alteration.
